For the erection of a Giant Wheel on a foundation frame, you must lay down a foundation of steel and water containers. On this foundation you can build, with the help of a mobile crane, the masts and the wheel.
The patented system by Mondial is called MCS (Mondial Compact System), this specially designed system provides a fast erection and dismantling.
The trailers, which are integrated in the Giant Wheel, will be coupled together as on solid foundation. The masts will be erected by a hydraulic system. The spokes connected to the wheel using a crane. This system results in a very fast erection time compared to more traditional erection systems, it saves about 50% of erection time and gives about a 40% reduction in the transport by trucks.

| Mondial has a wide range of models in Giant Wheels built on a concrete foundation, on water containers or trailer mounted. We manufacture Wheels from 30 meters / 100 ft up to a height of 160 meters / 525 ft. The Wheels are equipped with open gondolas or closed cabins and different number of gondolas depending on the size of the wheel. All Wheels are built according to the German TÜV.
